Bargain bus is a sleeper hit…

From The Scottish Sun: BRITAIN’S first budget coach sleeper service starts this Friday. The nightly Megabus service will run both ways between London and Glasgow, offering 24 bunk-style berths. Megabus’s parent company Stagecoach said demand was growing for overnight bus journeys. The Sun’s NICK SHARPE stepped aboard for a special preview run of the service. Read more.
New luxury North East magazine launched…

After almost six months in the making, the first issue of W Magazine has finally been released. I worked on the magazine with Velvet Communications, who will publish the magazine quarterly on behalf of Wynyard Park, one of the North East’s biggest and fastest-growing locations for living, lifestyle and business. W Magazine brings together these three elements to create a luxury, aspirational read. A launch party will be held at Wynyard Park in October and issue 2 is due mid November.
New YOMANDA featuring TOYAH single artwork…

Hot on the heels of a video and photoshoot on Wednesday, artwork was put together yesterday for a new single by Yomanda (dance music producer Paul Masterson) and Toyah. The single and artwork were submitted to iTunes today for release on Sep 18th. Check out the artwork in the TOYAH gallery.
Citylink Gold celebrates first anniversary…

Luxury bus service Citylink Gold, which was branded by asdesignuk for its launch in June 2010, celebrates the first anniversary of its maiden voyage on Tuesday. The service offers luxury comfort and onboard refreshments and Wi-Fi on its links between Glasgow, Aberdeen and Inverness. See the branding and launch materials here.
Toyah celebrates 30 years with special gig… and a new official T Shirt…

Toyah performed a special concert at the Leicester Square theatre last night, celebrating the 30th anniversary of her break-through LP Anthem and its two predecessors. The From Sheep Farming To Anthem tour kicked off with a set that included songs that have seldom been heard live and saw Toyah perform in six of her original early 80s outfits. As part of the celebration, we designed an official T-Shirt that pays homage to Toyah now and then and went on sale for the first time at last night’s show.
