Project: Spark - Reward & Recognition
Details: An employee incentives scheme for Spark Response. Reward and Recognition (R&R) was launched in 2006 when I designed the comms launch materials, nominations forms, reward cards etc. The scheme has been a huge success for four years and is being rejuvenated in June/July 2010 with a new internal comms and PR campaign, R&R Hall of Fame.
