First video campaign for Spark…

An exciting new video marketing campaign is underway for Spark Response. The company’s official photographer, Saša Savić, filmed on site at Spark’s contact centres for four hours today with the aim of building upon an existing image-lead brand. The content will hopefully form part of a newly re-launched website in early March.

Phase two for Spark’s Hall of Fame…

Phase two of the Reward & Recognition Hall of Fame campaign for contact centre and fulfilment specialist Spark Response goes live this month ahead of the incentive scheme’s annual draw in December. Staff will take home over £2,000 in cash prizes and the Hall of Fame campaign aims to promote the scheme internally.
New ‘hall of fame’ PR launch for Spark…

A new internal communications and PR program is set to launch on behalf of Gateshead-based fulfilment and contact centre specialist, Spark Response. The campaign is centred around past winners in its Reward and Recognition incentives scheme and aims to revitalise the scheme internally whilst enhancing Spark’s image as a people-focused employer in the North East. A series of photos by Newcastle-based photographer Saša Savić have been taken specifically for the campaign adding consistency to Spark’s existing image-lead brand, which has utlised Saša’s images since the company’s brand re-fresh in 2007. Teesside tries it on the bus…

My campaign for Stagecoach North East, Try It On The Bus had been rolled out to Teesside. Initially covering the two Newcastle depots, the campaign now covers the depot at Stockton, with press ads, posters and onboard messages promoting the website (tryitonthebus.com) and competition.
